India faces a severe hunger and malnutrition crisis. According to the Government of India’s National Family Health Survey 5 (NFHS-5), 36% of children under five years are stunted, 19% are wasted, and 32% are underweight. These statistics highlight the urgent need for comprehensive interventions to address malnutrition, particularly among vulnerable children.
At Supply6, we believe balanced nutrition is a right, not a privilege. Millions of children still lack access to even a single meal, which is why we’ve partnered with Rise Against Hunger India to provide nutritious meals to children in underprivileged schools and orphanages, helping them grow, learn, and thrive.
Founded in 1998, Rise Against Hunger is a global nonprofit organization focused on tackling hunger and food insecurity. Through meal packaging, sustainable agriculture, and community initiatives, the organization has distributed over 600 million meals across 78 countries
Each meal provided includes enriched rice, dal (legume) protein, dried vegetables, and 20 essential vitamins and nutrients. These meals combat malnutrition and support healthy development, providing children with the essential nutrition they need today to foster a healthier tomorrow.
For every order above $50, we donate $0.80, which will cover three meals a day for one child. Through our partnership with Rise Against Hunger India, we are taking a step towards that vision—one meal at a time.
